Dan has spent years planning Circuit Privé using a combination of knowledge from family businesses, his background in motor racing, and consultants that design/operate motorsport facilities. He is a third-generation entrepreneur with a family history in the country club and golf industry. He has experience with almost all proposed operations at Circuit Privé through paid internships as a race mechanic, volunteer for the SCCA, sponsored racing driver, driving coach and manager of a racing team.
Jonathan provides business planning and analysis for successful motor circuit venue construction and operations. Most importantly, Jonathan provides real world experience to implement processes and products to make circuits thrive.
As one of the owners of Oregon Raceway Park, Jonathan’s key contributions made that venue a reality. His contributions were essential in creating the business model and the funding process. He was integral in the construction and start up operations. Jonathan’s core skills include sales, marketing, business modeling, and operational workflow. He created Oregon Raceway Park Club, a membership based private drivers club, which is the company’s most successful product.
Since 1984, Robert Barnard has been responsible for the design, construction and operation of some of the world’s best motor racing circuits and events. As a qualified civil engineer, he is able to bring both the knowledge of racetrack design and operation with the ability to make a client’s plans a reality. The experience Bob has gained from the construction of FIA/FIM/CIK standard racetracks, and the management or promotion of Formula One, MotoGP and Sportscar events is shared by few other individuals. He has an impeccable reputation of building safe, interesting tracks worldwide.
Brett has extensive experience in rezoning parcels of land and the land development process; creating outstanding communities which homebuyers truly appreciate.
Brett is an active member of the homebuilding industry at both national and local levels. Brett is a Past President of the HBA of Greater St. Louis and is still very active in the organization today. Currently, he is privileged to serve as a Life member of the Board of Directors of the NAHB as well as a sitting member of the Land Development Committee and the Land Use Policy Committee of the National Association of Home Builders. He has established exemplary working relationships with all of the Cities and their staff in which the Company builds and develops.
